My pal Linda Pratt sold great yarns in Raleigh, North Carolina to help start Nashua Handknits. Linda had been part of Team Talent at Classic Elite, together with Kristin Nicholas (kristinnicholas.com) and Susan Mills. Susan also joined Nashua in 2005, and Kristin consults. At TNNA in June 2005 I got my first look at the line, and gamboled like a puppy. This time the blandishments didn't take too long. I was officially a Nashua Handknits rep by October. What I love about Nashua is the concentration on natural fibres in wonderful colour ranges combined with (at last) a real career woman pattern sensibility.
